Briefly rinse the tea leaves with hot water (95–100 °C) to "awaken" them. Then steep them several times briefly – for 10–30 seconds each time. For Western preparation, we recommend approximately 5 g of tea to 250 ml of water and 2–3 infusions.

What is the difference between Sheng and Shu Pu-Erh?
